When clients hire us, we come in and spend at least a couple of days reviewing the client’s refund policies, terms of service, and learning as much as we can about the company overall.

We also ask that our clients give us access to their processor logins, gateway logins, CRM, and any other record-keeping area necessary. This way, when we need to challenge a chargeback, we can manage the dispute from start to finish. This means we don’t have to bother our clients by going back and forth in a time-consuming back and forth to verify details.
